Fees

HOA Annual Dues: The Board of Directors will meet in November to establish the 2026 dues.  As discussed in the Annual LVVPOA members meeting, there will be an increase in 2026.  In 2025 dues were as follows: $50 per property owner + $10 per property owned

Annual Statements are mailed out each at the beginning of the year and are due per the date on the invoice (6 weeks from date of invoice).  Payments received after the due date will incur a 20% late fee on the current balance.

Bills will be mailed to the property owner on record with Henderson County, unless the Treasurer has been notified of a different preferred mailing address.  If we have your email address, we will also email your bill.  To request your bill be sent to you by email, please notify the Treasurer.
