2026 LVVPOA Annual Dues:  Invoices will be mailed out in late February. 

Annual Dues will be increasing in 2026, as discussed in the 2025 Annual LVVPOA meeting.  The Board of Directors are meeting in November to review the 2026 budget and establish the dues for the coming year.

In 2025 Annual Dues were $50 per Property Owner + $10 for each property owned.  A 20% late fees is added to the past due amount.

Bills will be mailed to the property owner on record with Henderson County, unless the LVVPOA Treasurer had been notified of a different preferred mailing address to be used.  Bills may be emailed if the member has requested such delivery.  Payments can be made via Check, Zelle or Venmo.

All Lake Vista Village Property owners are encouraged to attend.  Coffee and snacks will be served.  Meet your neighbors.  Bring a lawn chair.  We will be discussing and voting on upcoming activities, as well as electing the board of directors who will serve our community.
