2026 LVVPOA Annual Dues:  Bills have been mailed. 

Annual Dues increased this year for the first time in 17 years, as discussed in last years Annual LVVPOA meeting.  

In 2026 Annual Dues are $70 per Property Owner + $15 for each property owned.  A 20% late fees is added to the past due amount.

Bills will be mailed to the property owner on record with Henderson County, unless the LVVPOA Treasurer had been notified of a different preferred mailing address to be used.  Bills may be emailed if the member has requested such delivery.  Payments can be made via Check, Zelle or Venmo.

Annual LVVPOA Meeting 

Date: June 6, 2026 • 10:00 AM 

Location: MIguel & Tammy's house: 232 Lakeview Circle 

All Lake Vista Village Property owners are encouraged to attend.  Coffee and snacks will be served.  Meet your neighbors.  Bring a lawn chair, if you can.  We will be discussing and voting on upcoming activities, as well as annual elections for the board of directors who will serve our community.
